Salvation

When we think about our life, what speaks to us the most?  Our job, relationships, familiy? Regardless of what it may be for your own personal life, the greatest desicision that you will ever make is that for your eternal life.

The good news is that God loves you!  

The most important question is, if you were to die today would you know for sure that you would go to heaven? You can know for sure;

1.  Realize you have sinned,  The Bible reads in Romans 3.23, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

2. Be willing to turn from your sin, The Bible reads in Romans 6.23. “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

3. Believe, The Bible reads in Romans 10.13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”.

To receive the gift God has for you, Pray this prayer with your heart and out loud   Just say:

Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. I believe you are the Son of God. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me and cleanse me. Set me free. Thank you that you died for me and that you shed your blood for me. I believe that you are risen from the dead and that you are coming back again for me. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Give me a hunger for the things of God and a passion for the lost. I am saved. I am born again. I am on my way to heaven because I have you Jesus in my heart.

Congratulation my friend!  When you asked Jesus to come into your heart and forgive you, He heard you and did so. All of your sins are now forgiven.

Now, there are three things that every Christian must do.

1.  Read your Bible everyday.  I would start in the book of John.

2.  Pray everyday.  Talk to God just like you would your best friend.

3.  Find a good Bible based church.  When you find one go to the Pastor and tell him that you want to be water baptized.
